this article through the habermas' theory of communicative action, look at the teacher authority should have "degree", that authority is fully discourse style guide, exchanges between teachers and students should take the purpose value unifies instrumental value, highlighting the main body consciousness, the dialogue between a teachers to set up correct authority view, promote the benign development of the education teaching activities.
