Abstract

The era of 5G communications will inject new impetus into the development of cross-border e-commerce, Technological innovation has changed the quality requirements and skills requirements of related fields, the method of talent training has gradually changed from goal-oriented to application-oriented. As the source of talent output, colleges and universities have a large gap with social needs in terms of practice, professional quality, knowledge theory, and teacher ability when cultivating cross-border e-commerce talents. This article analyzes the problems of cross-border e-commerce talent training in the 5G era, It is proposed that under the new technological form, colleges and universities should be purpose-oriented and application-oriented, and adopt intelligent immersive shared scene teaching. When seizing the opportunity of technological change, Create a path suitable for social and economic development in the talent training methods of cross-border e-commerce.
