Modern enterprise based on marketing or virtual electricity, improving customer loyalty and inspire customers to buy back is the way, this paper takes "customer development - precision maintenance - customer regeneration" build customer loyalty for the perspective of "nine" footwork, aimed at boosting the modern enterprise customer loyalty cultivation of new heights.
