Validity of research data using triangulation of sources and techniques. The data collection method consists of making observations related to the implementation of project-based learning, giving a 10-item questionnaire, conducting interviews to find out the implementation of communication and collaboration referring to documentation. The results showed that teachers applied several projects to develop collaboration and communication, including making eco-prints and anti-bullying notes, where teachers gave freedom to determine themes and presentations. Teachers have implemented work indicators effectively and respect the team and are willing to compromise to achieve common goals. It is expected that teachers apply project-based learning in a variety of ways to further develop student collaboration and communication in various fields.
