Proceedings of the 6th International Conference on Education and Technology (ICET 2020)
Assalamu'alaikum wr.wb
Good Morning The Honorable
Speakers and Participants of the International Conference on Education and Technology Alhamdulillah, praise God, Allah SWT, for all his blessings, Shalawat and salam may always be bestowed upon the Prophet Muhammad, and his family and friends. We also thank the speakers and all the audience and all parties who have provided support in the 6th International Conference on Education and Technology. Ladies and Gentlemen,
Welcome to the 6th International Conference on Education and Technology. This happy day, we have all proven a commitment in order to build a scientific framework in the field of education and learning. The commitment in particular is an effort to conduct retrospective, in the field of education and learning, in an effort to produce technology that can facilitate the life of the learning community. Retrospective of the field of education and learning is the reality of methods in the field of education and learning. Retrospect not only looks at old theories and technologies for recycling, but also as a method to better understand the issues and trends that are emerging in the world of education and learning. Universitas Negeri Malang has institutionally used retrospect in producing a life-based curriculum. This is because the reality of society life also has a philosophy of education and learning even up to the application of technology. The excellence of retrospective efforts is seen by the Faculty of Education of Universitas Negeri Malang, able to answer the challenges of technology-based education for generations to come. Retrospective in the 6th International Conference on Education and Technology is a real effort in constructing how to bridge theories in education and learning with a desire to make it easier for people to learn through technology in the future. Current developments indicate that the learning community is beginning to realize that educational theory and learning are not like monolithic phenomena. Educational and learning theories can be broken down into several very flexible attributes, so that they can be learned both in design, engineering, socially and culturally. Ladies and gentlemen,
The contribution of the International Conference on Education and Technology is a manifestation of awareness of the urgency of an ever-evolving and constantly updated educational agenda in a holistic, aspirational, innovative and desruptive way. Retrospective is the foothold of Universitas Negeri Malang to remain committed to contributing to inclusive, fair quality education for all and lifelong learning. Our view is that the reality of life is the foundation for all the joints of life and as a true source of literacy. We recognize that evolution in society and education has influenced the selection and use of learning theory and technology. The current effort is to lay down learning theory and technology not only as conceptual frameworks, but how to connect and establish educational and learning theories with technology through information processing and knowledge acquisition, so that technology-based education is able to shift the support of future generations to become more collaborative as a whole generation. The International Conference on Education and Technology recognizes the evolution from individuals to community learning, from content-based learning to process-based approaches, from isolated media to integrated use, from presentation media to interactive media, from learning settings that depend on place and time to learning everywhere, and from fixed devices to mobile devices. This development further confronts future generations against complexities that challenge the responsibility to become active participants in the learner community. We recognize education as the key to achieving a full human being, the embodiment of equality and inclusion, the improvement of quality and learning outcomes, in a lifelong learning approach.
