Abstract

This institutional research aim at to analyze and describe the relationship between leadership style with productivity; motivational achievement with productivity; and leadership style and motivational achievement simultaneously with productivity of the participants in training and education of Community Learning Activity Center in North Sulawesi. The result of this study shown that there was a significant correlation between leadership style with productivity; motivational achievement with productivity; leadership style and motivational achievement simultaneously with productivity of the participants of training and education of Community Learning Activity Center in North Sulawesi, Indonesia.
