- Abstract
Poverty alleviation projects are the focus of the country in recent years, in order to ensure that the PV poverty alleviation project can achieve satisfactory results, the project needs in the internal and external environment in-depth analysis. In this paper, the SWOT-PEST method was used to analyze the factors influencing the photovoltaic power generation projects in poverty alleviation areas. Based on the analysis of each element in SWOT-PEST matrix, the qualitative analysis of each element was carried out by using analytic hierarchy process (AHP). It is concluded that the economic disadvantage is the most important to other factors. In the process of project implementation, more attention to this element. For the first time, the SWOT-PEST matrix analysis method is applied to the PV poverty alleviation project, and the most important elements are found in the obtained elements, and the expected conclusions are obtained.
