- Abstract
Poverty alleviation through education is a powerful booster for the smooth development of poverty alleviation work. In recent years, under the background of vigorously promoting poverty alleviation through education and accelerating the implementation of education projects, the incidence of rural poverty in China has been decreasing, and the practice of rural poverty reduction has achieved remarkable results. Secondary vocational education is an important part of China's modern education system, and most of its students come from rural areas. Therefore, it is of great practical significance to clarify the impact of secondary vocational education on rural poverty. This article is based on China's general social survey data in 2015, respectively, using the extension bright equation and Logit model analysis of secondary vocational education for rural residents income and an empirical analysis on the influence of rural poverty, found that the secondary vocational education to increase rural residents' income and alleviate rural poverty plays a positive role, and on the basis of this puts forward the policy Suggestions.
