With the deepening of global economic integration, enterprise management and economic development have become an important force for social progress and pros- perity, and the ICEMED 2024 was held to respond to the needs of the times, to gather global wisdom, and to seek common development plans. The conference focused on various core topics of business management, industrial development, marketing, human resource management, etc., deeply exchanging cutting-edge research results and practical experiences, and promoting international cooperation and innovation. The conference featured many parts including opening address, keynote speech, oral presentation, poster display, academic discussion, among others. Professor Asad Khalil from Southwest University of Political Science & Law, China investigated the critical interplay between law and innovation, illuminating the profound impact of regulatory frameworks on economic growth; Associate ProfessorYahuaXufrom Central University of Finance and Economics, China, studied the impact of the announcements released by the US Energy Information Administration crude oil storage every Wednesday at 10:30 ET (the beginning of the third half-hour interval) on intraday return predictability, that is, intraday momentum; lastly, ProfessorKittisak Jermsittiparsert from University of Cyprus, The Republic of Cyprus, illustrated the impact of innovation climate, innovation process, management innovation, and team innovation on product development in Thai- land. All of them shared with us their insightful researches and professional insights, bringing the conference to a climax. Moreover, the oral and poster presentations allowed the attendees to be deeply involved in the conference, further enriching the program of the conference. It has to be mentioned that experts and scholars exchanged their views with each other all through the conference, making it a truly successful and meaningful academic platform. This Proceedings contains the outstanding selected academic papers submitted from ICEMED 2024. During the selection and evaluation of papers, we always adhere to the principles of fairness, impartiality, and openness to ensure that each paper has gone through strict academic scrutiny. We believe that the publication of these contributions will not only provide valuable references and lessons for academics, but also provide practical guidance and inspiration for the business community.
