- Abstract
Focusing on the key links of talent management, such as introduction, training and motivation, this paper selects classical theories such as combing human capital theory, principal-agent theory and modern incentive theory to lay a theoretical foundation for talent management in state-owned enterprises and provide theoretical guidance for state-owned enterprises to build a systematic and integrated talent management system.
