- Abstract
The real estate sector in China plays a particularly important role in the Chinese market. With great significance attached to the sector by the government and companies, it keeps being influenced by the overall circumstances economically, politically, and socially. So, under special conditions like the pandemics in 2003 and 2019, great fluctuations appeared in the sector. In general, this paper presents and sorts some information to briefly discuss and analyze the relevant phenomena over those years and makes possible predictions regarding the real estate sector in China.
