Abstract

At present, China is in the era of big data. We should pay attention to this trend in the development of human resources management of enterprises. Relying on the convenience brought by big data, we can speed up the innovation of human resources management and change management thinking to achieve better development. In this article, the author proposes innovative development proposals for enterprise human resource management based on big data technology, and optimizes the content and efficiency of enterprise human resource management.
