Abstract

In today's era, modern education has gradually deepened the understanding and research on family and school cooperative education. As a front-line worker of ideological and political education, faculty and staff should take the cooperative education of family and school as the expansion point of their work and actively promote the cooperation between family and school. The mission of the implementers and promoters is to innovate on the basis of traditional cooperation methods, establish a long-term mechanism for family-to-school cooperation, form a benign “mutual cooperation” with parents, and improve the effectiveness of ideological and political education for employees.
