Abstract

The internal rules and regulations of colleges and universities are the institutionalized means to maintain the normal order of education and teaching in Colleges and universities. In recent years, the emergence of legal disputes in Colleges and universities has made the legitimacy and validity of internal rules and regulations in Colleges and universities doubtful. Therefore, it is of great practical significance to review the effectiveness of the internal rules and regulations of colleges and universities in China, and to put forward suggestions, in order to safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of teachers and students.
