Abstract

China is approaching the center of the world stage with unprecedented confidence, In terms of educational impact, China has now become the first destination in Asia. The education and management of international student in China has been paid more and more attention by the state and colleges.in view of cross-cultural communication, there are many problems in the education and management of international student, such as language barriers, communication style barriers and so on. This paper sum up some specific problems in the work and puts forward ideas and methods to solve the problems.it will be helpful to the education and management of international student in China.
