Abstract

Cultivating application-oriented innovative talents is an objective requirement for enhancing the core competitiveness of industries and gathering new driving forces for development. The integration of industry and education is a strategic choice for cultivating applied innovative talents. It is necessary to optimize the structure of disciplines and majors, reconstruct talent training plans, jointly cultivate talents between schools and enterprises, jointly build teaching and research platforms, create a “dual teacher” team, and improve institutional mechanisms.
