Abstract

SME clusters play an important role in promoting regional economy. How to evaluate the growth level of SMEs clusters around has become the focus of scholars’ research. This paper constructs the evaluation system of SME cluster growth level from the macro, meso and micro levels, establishes an evaluation model of SME cluster growth level based on digitalization by using fuzzy comprehensive evaluation, chromatography analysis and MATLAB program, and applies this model to the SME cluster in Jinan City, and finally evaluates its high level of cluster growth.
