- Abstract
By defining the concepts of Military Professional Education, Blending Learning and teaching effect evaluation, a Blending Learning effect evaluation index system of Military Professional Education was constructed from the perspectives of expert evaluation and student evaluation based on student-centered learning theory and deep learning theory. The evaluation index system included 7 level I indexes and 26 level II indexes which had the advantages of being comprehensive, non-overlapping and easy to obtain. By using this index system, a virtuous circle of guiding teaching, evaluating teaching, adjusting teaching and improving the effect can be realized.
