- Abstract
The purpose of this study is to evaluate teachers’ attempts to enhance student learning discipline following covid-19. The methodology employed in this study is the literature review method, which adopts a qualitative approach. The study’s findings show that teachers can take a number of steps to enhance their students’ learning discipline, namely teachers can evaluate learning continuously, carry out group guidance and counseling services, make good habits such as reading prayers before and after learning, using the reward and punishment method, synergizing with parents and paying attention to student management. These efforts are proven to improve student learning discipline. In addition, there are obstacles experienced by teachers, namely students tend to repeat the same mistakes again even though they have been given warnings or sanctions. Based on this, the teacher must be selective in determining sanctions for violating the rules so as not to cause inconvenience to students.
