Abstract

Traditional classroom monitoring has greatly hampered students' enthusiasm and creativity. People-oriented is the fundamental scale and the highest level of classroom monitoring. This paper analyzes the harms of traditional classroom monitoring and analyzes the people-oriented modern classroom teaching monitoring from the aspects of students, teachers and the teaching monitoring equipment.
