Abstract

Under the background of the implementation of the Rural Revi-talization Strategy proposed in the report of the 19th National Congress of CPC, with regard to the unbalanced and insufficient development on both agriculture and village sides, this paper firstly acquire the current situation and existing problems of Si-chuan agricultural insurance and then analyze its causes. Finally, we put forward the suitable supply-side structural reform strat-egy for agricultural insurance innovation from four aspects: gov-ernmental support, credit system construction, supply capacity construction of insurance agent and insurance business innova-tion.
