- Abstract
Teachers are the first resource for the development of vocational education and the key force to support the national vocational education reform in the new era. Strengthening the construction and training of “dual-qualified” teachers in higher vocational colleges is of great significance to the improvement of teachers’ ability and quality and the high-quality development of Vocational Education. Based on the perspective of industry education integration, this paper analyzes the concept, connotation and identification standards of “dual-qualified” teachers, and puts forward the methods and measures for the construction of “dual-qualified” teachers, which provides a useful path reference for higher vocational colleges to strengthen the construction of “dual-qualified” teachers.
