- Abstract
The open education based on Internet Plus provides the necessary foundation for the construction of a lifelong education platform, helps the Open University to build a “lifelong education platform with advanced technology, powerful functions and universal service”, and increasingly becomes an accelerator for the construction of a learning society. Relying on the Internet Plus, open education is conducive to integrating various educational resources, building a platform for the construction of service-learning cities, and improving the high-quality development of learning cities.
