Abstract

In this paper,we consider some simple SN P systems that perform the following arithmetic operations:two’s complement,addition/subtraction on negative integers and multiplication on two arbitrary positive integers.This paper provides an answer to an open problem about multiplication operation formulated by Miguel A. Gutiérréz-Naranjo.
