- Abstract
Over the years, the rapid development of China's cities has created a huge urban-rural gap. This dualized economic structure has brought various institutional restrictions and obstacles to young migrant workers. Working in the city, the young migrant workers are carrying the dream of a city. However, it is difficult to truly integrate into the city. As the main body of youth education and development, universities and the Communist Youth League have the unshirkable obligation. The Youth League Committee is a mass organization that keeps the party in contact with young people. And colleges and universities are the core of youth cultural education and cultural propaganda. University libraries are the main front for colleges and universities to carry out cultural education for young people. University libraries need to work closely with township committees to provide timely and comprehensive social services for young migrant workers in different places in order to promote the faster integration of urban migrants into urban life, and to find the right direction of spiritual culture.
