- Abstract
The article considers the impact of global digitalization on the tourism business. The key factors affecting the modification of business processes in tourism are identified. It is shown that there are changes in the needs of tourists due to generational change and digitalization. The directions of digitalization of business processes in tourism at various levels of management are analyzed.
