Abstract

Talent is an essential element and important resource for rural revitalization strategy. This paper analyzes the background and classification of talent demands in rural area, the status quo of rural talents and the reasons for lacking such talents from the perspective of rural revitalization strategy and puts forward targeted suggestions for the construction of rural revitalization talent team to provide a reference for solving the problems in development of rural revitalization talents.
