- Abstract
In recent years, there are many problems in the part-time practice of College students. For example, the importance of the role of students in teaching and the adequacy of lesson preparation will seriously affect the classroom atmosphere and enthusiasm. This paper found some problems through literature research, questionnaire survey, part-time practice and other methods, e.g. the conservative attitude towards the part-time behavior of students of the school, the lack of scientific part-time planning for students, the imperfect ways and channels for college students to find part-time jobs, the weak vocational adaptability, and the lack of sustainable development. Based on the characteristics of English majors, Xi'an Peihua University puts forward some suggestions: first, students should establish correct employment concept and adjust employment mentality; second, students should enhance professional ability and professional accomplishment; third, schools should students to establish a correct view of employment; fourth, the society has introduced a system to guarantee the relevant rights and interests of college students in order to help them improve their practical ability and creativity through English learning and part-time practice, and to lay a solid foundation for future employment and entrepreneurship.
