Abstract

Based on whether the given information will be integrated or not, semantic inferences are classified into bridging inferences and elaborative inferences. Moreover, studies on the influential factors of semantic inferences show that semantic inferences are not only affected by contextual constraints, but also closely related to processing strategies.
