Abstract

The submarine rescue mission is rather difficult with many uncertain factors and other characteristics. The paper use AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process)and MMEM (man, machine and environment, management) theory to build up safety assessment model ,and then use fusion algorithm of evidence theory to calculate quantified value of system security. It proved to be practical and reliable.
