Proceedings of the 2016 International Conference on Intelligent Control and Computer Application
It is our pleasure to welcome you to the 2016 International Conference on Intelligent Control and Computer Application (ICCA 2016) in Zhengzhou, China, on January 16-17, 2016. The aim of ICCA 2016 is to provide a platform for researchers, engineers, academics as well as industry professionals from all over the world to present their research results and development activities in the areas of intelligent control and computer application. ICCA 2016 is the platform for the presentation of top and latest research results in global scientific areas. It also serves to foster communications among researcher, engineers and practitioners working in a common interest in improving intelligent science, automation technology, computer application and the related fields.
An international Technical Program Committee (TPC) consisting of 19 scientists was formed for ICCA 2016. A total of 455 technical papers were submitted for possible publications. Authors of the submitted papers were spread all over the world. The selection of papers for publications was made through a peer-review process. Each paper was reviewed by at least two reviewers based on originality, technical quality, presentation and writing. All the submissions were screened by the TPC members and 114 papers were finally selected for presentation at the conference. We would like to thank the authors of all 455 submissions. Their contributions made this conference possible. We are extremely grateful to the TPC members for their enormous investment of time and effort in the difficult and delicate process of review and selection. Special thanks go to Atlantis Press.
The decision of the best paper award was based on a vote among the TPC members. Two submissions received the award for best papers: “A Data Preprocessing Method Applied to Cluster Analysis on Stock Data by Kmeans” by Zhigang Xiong and Zhongneng Zhang, and “Numerical Analysis of the Elliptic Optimal Control Problem with Lp-norm State Constraints” by Haifeng Niu, Jiansong Zhang, Liuwei Zhang and Yanwei Tian.
We wish all attendees of the ICCA 2016 conference an enjoyable scientific gathering in Zhengzhou, China. We look forward to seeing all of you next year at the conference.
