- Abstract
The development of Fintech is both an opportunity and a challenge for traditional commercial banks. It systematically analyzes the theoretical basis of the impact of Fintech on the performance of commercial banks. Based on the sample data of 37 listed commercial banks from 2011 to 2020, it uses the text mining method to build the Fintech index and the multiple regression model for panel metering analysis. The results demonstrate that Fintech effects on the performance of commercial banks. Finally, combined with the actual development of Fintech in commercial banks, effective policy recommendations are given.
