On the eve of this event, we have tried to give all important and appropriate contribution about this conference. The main agenda to held this conference is to bring those Big Ideas in the field of machine learning, bioinformatics and to solve big data. It is basically to learn new information and create connections. Here, people learn and transfer knowledge from communications. The pre-requisite of this meeting is an appropriate plan which needs to décor, lighten up, presentation delivery and subtle touches like aromatherapy. Since conference is being held from past many, the organizers are looking forward to add many ways contents to it. In this conference, we have endeavored to make this conference understand as meeting of several people to discuss a particular topic. Each and every material such as nanoinformatics in nanomedicine, oral session, on big data and machine learning is to enhance depth of learning and understanding about topics. We are thankful to all coordinators who gave moral support and guided us to convert this wonderful event into action. They supported us to deal with every aspects of this event. While preparing for this event, we came to know new and interesting things. This event can encourage colleague and students to fully present and engage with each other in authentic conversations with foster trust. Despite of being lived in pandemic from past 2 years, many changes have impacted, but one value hasn’t changed intrinsic value of being together—not over Zoom or Teams but in person.
