- Abstract
China has moved into a new era of economic and social development, and the key to leading the new normal of economic development is high-quality development. Based on the new development concept, the economic high-quality development index system is established. 2014–2019 China's inter-provincial economic high-quality development index is measured by the system. The quality of growth index reveals that the development of each region is uneven, showing different characteristics in each dimension of the five development concepts of innovating, coordinating, greening, opening and sharing.
