Proceedings of the 2017 International Conference on Art Studies: Science, Experience, Education (ICASSEE 2017)
.The 2017 International Conference on Art Studies: Science, Experience, Education (ICASSEE 2017) was held on November 09-11, 2017 in Moscow, Russia.
The event brought together on the unified platform the concerned educators, researchers and students with different cultural backgrounds to present and consider the contemporary issues, including but not limited to the problems of historical and theoretical art studies, the philosophical inquiries into the essence of art and its social functioning, the creative potential of media, popular arts, cinematography, animation, photography, radio and television, as well as the art education of children and youth. The Conference is jointly organized by State Institute for Art Studies (Russia), International Science and Culture Center for Academic Contacts (ISCCAC) and Zhengzhou Yingchun Conference planning Co., Ltd (China).
The Conference received 156 manuscripts, of which 98 submissions were accepted by our reviewers. The papers included into this collection underwent a careful peer-review by the team of experts, prior to being selected for the publication.
We would like to thank all members of the Committees and our reviewers, who worked hard in reviewing papers and giving valuable recommendations to the contributors to improve their works. We also would like to express our gratitude to the authors for contributing their research results to the Conference. Special thanks go to Atlantis Press.
