Website: http://icase.mn We would like to extend our sincere gratitude and appreciation to all who attended the 3rd International Conference on Applied Science and Engineering (ICASE 2023) held in Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia, on June 16–17, 2023. The general mission of ICASE 2023 is to become a voice of the applied science community, addressing researchers and practitioners in different areas, ranging from mathematics, physics, and chemistry to all related branches of engineering, while presenting verifiable computational methods, findings, and solutions. Throughout the conference, there were several keynote speakers and about 140 researchers from all over the world, engaging in discussions on a variety of topics in mathematics, chemistry, physics, computational science, material science, environmental science, and engineering. We are hopeful that the knowledge shared during this conference will lead to further research collaborations and breakthroughs in the applied sciences and engineering. Our deep appreciation extends to the hardworking organizing committee members and reviewers who played a crucial role in making this conference possible, ensuring its success through their tireless efforts. We also offer our highest commendations to the keynote speakers for their remarkable contributions and the wealth of ideas shared during the conference. Special acknowledgments are due to the editors and staff of Atlantis Press, whose relentless efforts made the publication of this volume possible.
