Abstract

This research aims to analyze the policy of territorial development of the Military District Command 0622/Sukabumi Regency assisting local governments for national economic recovery after the COVID-19 pandemic. The research question is: How is the tangible form of territorial development of the Military District Command 0622/Sukabumi Regency in helping local governments to recover the national economy after the COVID-19 pandemic? In order to answer the research’s inquiry, the concept of territorial development is used. This study uses qualitative method, with data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews, and documentation studies. in addition, the results showed that the policy of the Military District Comman 0622/Sukabumi Regency in assisting the local government for the recovery of the national economy after the COVID-19 pandemic was carried out through social communication activities (socialization, coordination, counseling), regional resilience development (securing the distribution of social assistance, coaching Small/Medium Enterprises, securing vaccination activities), and “Bhakti TNI” (infrastructure improvement, free mass medical treatment, and tentara manunggal desa).
