- Abstract
This study aims to explore strategies for alleviating employment anxiety among recent graduates from four ordinary undergraduate universities in the northwest region of Hubei Province, with a focus on how participation, trust, and achievement within online subcultural communities can help them successfully navigate their career paths and fulfill their life values.
