The 2024 3rd International Conference on Artificial Intelligence, Internet and Digital Economy (ICAID 2024) was held against this backdrop, gathering together experts, scholars, and business leaders worldwide to discuss the cutting-edge issues and development trends of artificial intelligence, Internet and digital economy. ICAID 2024 took place in Bangkok, Thailand from April 19th to 21st, 2024, with in-depth discussions on the latest research on “Artificial Intelligence, Internet and Digital Economy” and expanded research on the technology and application of the integrated development of digital economy and artificial intelligence. The conference agenda was rich and colorful. Keynote speeches by famous experts and scholars worldwide not only provided us with valuable academic insights, but also built a bridge for cooperation and communication on a global scale. Besides, oral presentations not only demonstrated the latest progress in the fields of artificial intelligence, Internet and digital economy, but also provided important references for future academic research and technological innovation. Last but not the least, the poster presentation session provided more opportunities for participants to communicate and interact with each other. This conference proceedings is one of the important outcomes of ICAID 2024 and contains excellent papers submitted by the participants. These papers cover a wide range of aspects in artificial intelligence, Internet and digital economy, including but not limited to Artificial Intelligence and Network Economy, Complex Data Modeling in Economic Management, Informational Economics and Business Management, Energy Saving and Low Carbon Economy, etc. Each paper has been rigorously reviewed and screened to ensure its academic quality and innovation. We are deeply honored to be able to assemble these excellent papers, which not only showcase the latest research results in the current fields of and related to artificial intelligence, Internet and digital economy, but also provide us with a valuable communication platform. Through in-depth analysis and unique insights, the authors of these papers have revealed the development trends and potential challenges in related domains, as well as provided us with valuable insights and reflections. We would like to express our heartfelt thanks and high respect to all the authors who participated in this conference and contributed papers.
