Abstract

It is important to research on how to improve the technological innovation system of the enterprises for Mass Customization by scientific theory. Based on the analysis of Lean Thinking, the advantage of the flexible application of Lean Thinking in Mass Customization enterprises' technological innovation system is analyzed. Further, the key to improve Mass Customization enterprises' technological innovation system by the flexible application of Lean Thinking are put forward.
