- Abstract
USDC (United Serang Dance Crew) is a dance community located in Serang Banten. This community is actively involved in Korean dance activities or can be called Kpop Dance, there are also several kinds of dances as hip-hop, b-boy, and waacking. The purpose of writing this article is to present the results of research on the learning process that describes the organizational structure and stages of learning that are carried out during learning activities and are carried out continuously until learning outcomes are obtained on kpop dance.This research uses a descriptive analysis method by observing the learning process of the USDC community. Data was collected using observation technique, interviews, literature study, and documentation. The data for this research were collected from members of the USDC community in Serang. The findings of this article are the kpop dance learning process carried out in the USDC community, namely self-directed learning and YouTube platform as a learning resource to achieve learning objectives.
