The 3rd ICADE which was held on September 15th 2020 attended by nearly 500 participants from various countries such as Germany, Poland, Malaysia, Korea, USA, and Indonesia. Through this conference, a multi-perspective of tolerance on the area of art and design education were discussed. Selected papers were delivered as academic contributions on society. Hopefully, it has an impact for a better life.

Thank you very much for the keynote speakers: Prof. Dieter Mack (University of Music Luebeck, Germany), Prof. Nahoon Park (Youngsan University, Busan South Korea), Dr. Krzysztof Lukomsi (Uniwersytet Artystyczny w Poznaniu, Poland), and Prof. Dr. Yasraf Amir Piliang (Insitut Teknologi Bandung, Indonesia). Our gratitude is also addressed to all presenters and participants of the 3rd ICADE from 27 Universities, and all members of the Steering and Organizing Committees of 3rd ICADE that make our conference successful.

We would like to express our gratitude to Rector of Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia, Prof. Dr. M. Solehuddin, M.Pd., M.A. and all vices; Dean of Faculty of Arts and Design Education, Dr. Zakarias S.
