Abstract

The rapid development of Internet technology has profoundly changed human social practice and the formation mechanism of social records, produced new archival management objects and subjects, derived new management modes and concepts, but also brought security, ethics and other related problems, thus the scene and rules of archival management have undergone corresponding changes. Internet technology is causing a new social revolution, promote and deepen the people's social activities, as well as the information technology environment has brought unprecedented structure and adjust, enrich the content and form of information, expanding the information recording, transmission, use and management ways and means, more so stretched out related subject in the different requirements of resource, ability and idea. This article mainly tells the story of the ideological and political practice of archives management system design, in view of the current ideological and political practice of file management system to discuss, for the problems in the current environment put forward certain requirements, the development of purpose is to speed up the ideological and political practice of archives management system design process, Strengthen the degree of attention to the ideological and political practice of college students.
