Abstract

since the enrollment expansion of colleges and universities, the university recruitment of students scale expands rapidly, and triggered a large number of teachers in colleges and universities. Some teachers directly involved in front-line teaching after graduation, due to the long divorced from social, lack of practical experience and training practice guidance experience, resulting in practical application is not strong. Teacher professional development is an important way to improve teaching ability, this paper based on the perspective of fine course, probes into the ways for the cultivation of the college teachers' professional ability development, Makes the high-quality excellent courses really become the overall teaching level and quality of promoters.
