Abstract

The prevention of juvenile delinquency is significant to national development, social stability and the future of our nation. By analyzing the reasons of juvenile delinquency and current problems in the juvenile delinquency prevention, the author points out we should innovate our ideas, our system and our practice to achieve a new way of preventing and reducing juvenile delinquency with Shandong characteristics by playing the leading role of the Communist Youth League organizations, fully relying on various possible social resources and stimulating the potential of the CYL at all levels.
