Abstract

Talent cultivation is the most core task of universities. With the development of society, the ideas and plans for talent cultivation are also constantly being adjusted. Compared to the traditional talent cultivation method of focusing on academic disciplines, it has gradually shifted towards cultivating composite talents with interdisciplinary backgrounds. This paper will take this new talent training method as the research object, take electronic information engineering as an example to study, and explore a new idea based on cross-disciplinary talent training suitable for social development.
