In English, Hunian means residential. We choose this name to give a sight that the basic aims of architecture are to provide a comfortable residence for the human being. Furthermore, we raised the theme “Inheriting Culture for Prosperous Living” to reflecting our academic responsibilities to the importance of preserving our cultural heritage toward a dignified built environment.This issue motivated by many of our cultural heritage is currently ignored. This conference became the event for academicians, practitioners and particularly for policymakers to share thoughts about various strategies to improve our cultural heritage conservation method. There are 31 articles that have been accepted and hopefully these papers can become treasures of knowledge addressing conservation issues in our built environment.
