Proceedings of the Health Science International Conference (HSIC 2017)
The 1st Health Science International Conference (HSIC) is the first annual meeting held by Faculty of Health Science, University of Muhammadiyah Malang on 4th – 5th October 2017. This conference delivers opportunities for the delegates to exchange new ideas and implementation experiences, to establish business or research connections and to find global partners for future collaboration.
At the 1st HSIC, more than 150 pre-registered authors submitted their work in the conference. The 1st HSIC 2017 finally accepted and hosted 71 paper in the topic of Medical, Nursing, Pharmacy and Physiotherapy, after a double blinded peer-reviewed. Of 184 participants, 71 gave oral talks in during plenary session.
The conference provides the premier interdisciplinary forum for medical, public health, psychology, pharmacy, nursing, physiotherapy, midwifery practitioners and educators to present and discuss the most recent innovations, trends, and concerns, practical challenges encountered and the solutions adopted in the field of Medical and Health Sciences. This is also an outstanding opportunity to share medical and health science research experiences with national and international experts and delegates.
We would like to thank Prof. dr. hab. N.med. Kinga Barowicz-Reutt, Prof. Roland J. Pieters, Associate Prof. Su-Ying Fang, RN, PhD and Yoyok Bekti Prasetyo, M.Kep, Sp. Kom for sharing their academic expertise in the conference. We would also extend our best gratitude to the member of the Scientific Committee that honored the Conference with their significant contribution to the review of papers as well as for their indications for the improvement of the Conference.
