- Abstract
The purpose of this study, was to find out and o analyse the effect of education and training on improving the performance of the State Civil Apparatus at the Regional Disaster Management Agency (BPBD) of Medan city to find out and analyze the effect of self-efficacy on improving the performance of the State Civil Apparatus at the Regional Disaster Management Agency (BPBD) of Medan city, and to find out how the form of education and training, as well as self-efficacy, can affect the improvement of the performance of the State Civil Apparatus at the Regional Disaster Management Agency (BPBD) of Medan city. The method of the research is associative research which is the research conducted to analyze the relationship or influence between two or more variables . The partial test results show that the education and training variable positively and significantly affects the State Civil Apparatus at the Regional Disaster Management Agency (BPBD) Medan city.
