- Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of training on employability and its implications for employee performance. The research method used is quantitative. The unit of analysis is Horison Hotel Bandung employees, with as many as 78 respondents. Data was collected using an online questionnaire (google form). The results showed that training affected employability, whereas employability affected employee performance. High performance can increase the productivity and effectiveness of employees in carrying out their work.
